Jones and Guerrero Company, Inc. is searching for the right candidate to provide overall IT support to the company and its subsidiaries; who will also play a vital role in the company in setting up the unification or customization of operating systems, data security systems, email servers, firewalls, and internet. The IT Administrator will ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner to ensure the internal IT structure of the company remains up-to-date and safeguarded from any cyber-attacks.

Support day-to-day system activities during and after system installation support which shall include but not limited to: user setup and security, management of configuration changes, and coordination of issue resolution between IT HELP DESK and customer support line;
Troubleshot all matters related to company devices (phones, laptops, desktops, etc.) and/or connections to triage and resolve day-to-day issues;
Handle problem recognition, research, resolution, and follow-up for routine user problems and escalation of more complex issues;
Installation, set-up, configuration and testing of computer hardware to ensure efficiency with daily operations;
Work closely with management in assisting with planning, coordination, implementation, and execution of company network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware/website development.
Qualifications & Requirements
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferably in a computer field
Or a combination of 2yrs min experience + education in the field of IT support;
Demonstrated knowledge of computer and technology systems;
Demonstrated knowledge of network systems and principles;
Able to travel to an assigned destination where services are requested;
Able to work under pressure to ensure assigned projects meet the given deadline.
