Manages donations, donor correspondence, and various other office communication and data management tasks
Monitors and orders office supplies.
Provides receptionist services for the parish office.
Records clear and accurate messages.
Handles routine questions about policies.
Meets and greets visitors.
Provides secretarial and clerical services to the pastor and other parish staff.
Prepare regular and bulk mailings.
Prepares bulletins, letters, etc.
Maintains records for the parish office (e.g. recording of marriages, baptisms, funerals, new parishioner registration, financial contributions, etc.).
Calendaring, coordinating, scheduling, and setting up for meetings, webinars, presentations, etc.
Coordinates and supervises activities of other clerical staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Parish Communications
Coordinates preparation of the Sunday bulletin.
Coordinates information for baptisms, funerals, weddings and registration of new parishioners.
Assists with email campaigns, social media posts, and general marketing.
Prepares Sunday pulpit announcements.
Coordinates and schedules volunteers in the parish.
Recording
Maintains sacramental records, notifications and certificates.
Maintains database.
Coordinates distribution of envelopes.
Coordinates weekly contributions recording.
