The position is accountable and responsible for coordinating the flow of information between the customers, Manager of Operations, Supervisors and the Tankerman. Manage and disseminate the flow of information to and from operations and support staff groups.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Processing request for Tankerman Services
1. Process customer requests via phone calls, faxes, e-mails
2. Maintain current updates on logistics of manpower and customer requests.
3. Process and coordinate the flow of information between Operations Managers and Field Supervisors.
4. Forward completed tasks for Duty Call Supervisor approval.
