Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials
Perform general labor tasks such as digging trenches, clearing debris, and moving supplies
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to promote efficiency and safety
Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks and storage areas
Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Basic understanding of construction safety practices; OSHA training or certification is a plus
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Reliable transportation to job sites; punctuality is essential
Prior experience in construction or manual labor is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
