Sea Grill Restaurant is now hiring for a Sous Chef.

Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.
Formal Culinary Training or Equivalent on the Job Training
Skills and Experience in a High Volume and Fast Paced Operations
Strong Communications and Organizational Skills
Must Have Attention to Detail and Knowledge of Restaurant Regulations
Knowledgeable of Tools and Equipment Maintenance
Must Have the Ability to Work Under Pressure and Execute Assigned Tasks Promptly
Team Player Who is Willing to Learn and Share Their Ideas with Others
